The quickest way to take a screenshot is to use the buttons. Simultaneously hold down the Volume Down and Power buttons and keep them pressed until the screenshot is captured. You can use this method to make a scroll screenshot.

The slothful option is to use Google Assistant. Just say OK Google and then Take a screenshot. The tablet will do everything for you.
